Our Financial Modelling team partners with clients across a range of industries to deliver robust, commercially focused financial models that support transactions, strategic decision-making, valuations, forecasting and business planning.
As a Manager or Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in leading engagements,



developing client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFINANCIAL MODELLINGLead the development, review and delivery of complex financial modelsBuild and maintain models supporting transactions, forecasting, budgeting, valuations, business planning and investment decisionsPrepare clear and concise model documentation and reportingEnsure quality, accuracy and compliance with modelling best practicesCLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor, providing commercial insights and practical solutionsLiaise with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professional advisors throughout engagementsPROJECT MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are metCoordinate resources and project deliverables across engagement teamsPresent findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholdersLEADERSHIP & GROWTHCoach, mentor and develop junior team membersSupport business development activities,



proposals and client presentationsAssist in identifying opportunities for growth within existing and prospective client relationshipsABOUT YOUYou are a commercially minded financial modelling professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and building trusted relationships.
You bring strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
You'll Bring Essential Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major CA qualification (or equivalent) Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial modelling within Professional Services or a commercial environment Advanced financial modelling skills and technical proficiency across Excel, Macros, VBA, BI and data visualisation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and project deliverables Strong ethical standards and skilled judgement Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience working with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professional advisors Desirable Exposure to business development activities and client acquisition Experience mentoring and leading high-performing teamsLIFE AT RSMRSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
