Plus additional benefits and employee wellbeing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and launch full-stack features from idea to productionDevelop across React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and cloud servicesPartner closely with technical leadership to deliver on the product roadmapBreak down large initiatives into practical, deployable incrementsMake pragmatic decisions that balance quality, speed and customer impactContribute to architectural improvements and platform scalabilityReview code, mentor peers and maintain engineering best practicesSupport infrastructure and deployment workflows through Infrastructure as CodeTake ownership of the solutions you build and the outcomes they deliverWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (all essential)5+ years of software engineering experienceProfessional React experienceInfrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, SST or similar)CI/CD pipeline experience, including GitHub ActionsExperience working with ORMs such as Prisma or similarExperience with automated testing using Vitest or JestStrong collaboration and communication skillsExperience delivering software in production environmentsABOUT YOUYou're a product-minded engineer who enjoys building software that delivers real outcomes.
