The firm is known for its team-oriented culture, strong national integration and commitment to developing senior lawyers into visible, influential roles within the practice.
This opportunity will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE across M&A;, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM, gained from a respected law firm or in-house environment.

Private M&A; and corporate transactionsCapital markets and capital raisingsListings and ECM mattersVenture capital and growth-stage investmentsCorporate governance and advisoryCommercial contracts and strategic arrangements
You will have the opportunity to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
