Senior Project Manager – Fixed Term to September ****Based in Geelong AND Melbourne CBD | $149,000 + SuperWe are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex business transformation initiatives within a large Victorian organisation.
This is not a technical IT infrastructure role.
You will lead people‐centric transformation programs that translate strategy into structured, well‐governed delivery.
Working closely with senior leaders and sponsors, you will manage planning, governance, risk, reporting and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex business transformation initiatives from planning through to deliveryManage scope, schedule, risk,
budget and governance requirementsPrepare strategic papers and contribute to business casesReport to Steering Committees and senior stakeholdersLead cross‐functional project teams and manage interdependenciesPartner with change specialists to support stakeholder engagement and adoptionAbout You5‐10 years' experience in senior project management rolesProven delivery of complex business transformation programmesStrong governance, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement capabilityExperience in government, insurance, health or disability sectors highly regardedThis is a full‐time fixed term opportunity until September ****, based in Geelong AND Melbourne with hybrid working (60% office attendance required).
