Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E; and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.About The RoleCollaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefsResolving design challenges and incorporating feedbackReviewing documentation for new and existing sitesDetailing joinery, FF&E;,



and presentation boardsPresenting designs to residents and stakeholdersAttending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-outContributing to strategic initiatives and business casesSupporting internal and external design teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team membersAbout YouYou're a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail.
You bring:A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture8+ years of experience in interior designAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or RevitExcellent organisational and documentation skillsA commitment to environmental sustainabilityStrong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesConfidence in decision-making and influencing across teamsHigh-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experienceWhat can we offer you?
