Senior Business Analyst - Student Management System experienceSenior Business Analyst required who has worked on a Student Management System implementation, this is a requirement for this role.Your responsibilities:Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience leading business-driven discovery and delivering process outcomes, including:Eliciting and documenting business requirements and user needs (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).
Drive current state business process understanding and process transformation/creation, with the ability to identify gaps, pain points, risks and opportunities.Designing future-state processes and supporting process transformation/creation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management: able to work autonomously, move quickly,



and adapt to different stakeholder styles and priorities.Facilitation skills to drive alignment across business and technology teams (clarifying questions, option assessment, impact analysis, dependency identification).
Comfortable producing explicit artefacts (process maps, requirements, decision logs) and maintaining documentationData uplift, compliance and governance.Must have experience working on a Student Management System as a Business Analyst/Project ManagerWorking in Education is a requirement for the roleStrong training and change management experience
