Senior HRIS Business Analyst - HR, Payroll & Workforce Management
Aspiring Talent is partnering with a leading Queensland organisation delivering a major enterprise-wide digital transformation.
We're looking for a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to support the implementation of new HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and Electronic Timesheeting solutions across a large and complex workforce.
About the Role
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Technology and operational stakeholders, you'll drive business process improvements, gather and document requirements, and support the successful implementation of new people systems.
This role has a strong focus on Workforce Management, Electronic Timesheeting, Payroll and Award Interpretation, making previous HRIS transformation experience highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops and gather business requirements across HR, Payroll and operational teams.
Analyse and improve HR, Payroll, Award Interpretation, Rostering, Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
Develop process maps, functional requirements, user stories and solution documentation.
Support solution design, vendor engagement, configuration reviews and system implementation.
Assist with data migration, system integration, testing (SIT/UAT) and business readiness.
Partner with Project Managers, Change Managers and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Support business readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition to BAU.

About You
You're more than a technical Business Analyst—you understand HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
You'll have experience delivering HRIS or Payroll transformation projects and working closely with HR leaders, Payroll teams and operational stakeholders.
Experience in the following is highly regarded
HRIS, Payroll or Workforce Management implementations
Award Interpretation, Rostering, Time & Attendance or Electronic Timesheeting
Business process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design
Data migration, system integration, testing (SIT/UAT) and business readiness
Experience with any of the following platforms is advantageous
