This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously and managing jobs end-to-end, from diagnosis and quoting through to completion and client communication, while also mentoring apprentices and maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.What's in it for you?

reporting and completionDelivering preventative maintenance across commercial buildings and facilitiesLiaising with building managers, facility managers, strata and clientsInvestigating complex plumbing issues including leaks and system faultsPreparing clear reports and accurate quotations for required worksMaintaining job notes, photos and documentation for operational and invoicing purposesMentoring apprentices and supporting junior team members on-siteEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations and standardsWhat we're looking forLicensed Plumber with 8+ years industry experienceStrong maintenance plumbing experience, ideally across commercial environmentsGas-fitting experience and knowledge of compliance requirementsProven ability to manage jobs end-to-end, including quoting and reportingExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentExperience working in commercial buildings, plant rooms, and complex systems (highly regarded)Experience mentoring apprentices or junior plumbers (highly regarded)Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce that values all backgrounds and experiences.
