Senior Commercial Analyst - Melbourne-based (Hybrid)The RoleOur Commercial Finance team at Bega Group has two newly created Senior Commercial Analyst opportunities, each offering the chance to partner with key stakeholders and influence commercial outcomes across the business: with one position focused on Third-Party Manufacturing and the other supporting customer portfolios.
While each role has a distinct business focus, both positions play a critical role in delivering financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and profitability insights that support informed decision-making.
Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance, you will help identify opportunities for improvement and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded analysts who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex business challenges and are passionate about driving performance through meaningful financial insights.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate financial insights to support commercial decision-making and business performanceDeliver financial modelling, profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives to identify margin improvement opportunitiesPartner with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, demand planning and finance to support strategic business outcomesPrepare month-end reporting, inventory analysis,
