Whether you are involved in development, maintenance, compliance, or research analysis, your contribution directly impacts patients.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with Pfizer and regulatory requirements.Coordinate quality training, change management activities, and quality performance monitoring.Participate in internal audits, self-inspections, and regulatory inspections, supporting inspection readiness activities.Contribute to quality risk management and drive timely completion of quality improvement actions.Support local product release and disposition activities in accordance with applicable licences and procedures.Investigate product quality issues and deviations, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.Support qualification and ongoing oversight of GMP/GDP suppliers and service providers.Assist in maintaining supplier compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.Support customer screening and quality assurance processes within the supply network.Contribute to the delivery of quality and business improvement projects across Australia and New Zealand.Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support compliant product supply.Promote a proactive quality culture and continuous improvement mindset.Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and effective communication to achieve team objectives.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)A minimum Tertiary Education in Science, Pharmacy or related disciplineA minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a quality roleDemonstrated ability to influence, particularly with stakeholders and external partiesexperience in Australian and New Zealand legislation, GMP, GDP and QMSTechnical writing and reporting; strong critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively within own team and interdepartmental teamsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordProactive approach to problem-solvingBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Experience in quality administered systemsExperience with electronic documentation control systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with regulatory compliance and documentationAbility to mentor and review the work of other colleaguesExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
