The team combines strong technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach to help clients improve financial visibility and make confident decisions.You'll be supported by experienced Partners and Managers who take a genuine coaching approach and are committed to helping their people develop both technically and professionally.Key responsibilitiesReview bookkeeping, payroll and transactional processing completed by junior team membersReview BAS and IAS preparationManage a portfolio of clients and respond to day-to-day queriesPrepare management reports and financial analysis for clientsPrepare budgets,



forecasts and cashflow modelsConduct regular client meetings to discuss business performance, key trends and improvement opportunitiesAnalyse financial results and provide commercial insights to support decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting frameworksSupport software selection, implementation and optimisation projectsAssist clients to streamline and automate finance functions and workflowsMentor and support junior team members where requiredAbout youAt least 4+ years' accounting experience within an accounting firm or large commercial organisationExperience managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients or stakeholdersStrong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting capabilityExperience preparing and presenting management reports and business insightsStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplineCA or CPA qualification (or working towards) is advantageousExperience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, Hubdoc and DextExperience with reporting and forecasting tools such as Fathom, Castaway Forecasting or Spotlight Reporting is highly regardedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable learning and adopting new technologies and systemsAbility to review work,
