High Luxury Painting | Hervey Bay & Fraser CoastHigh Luxury Painting is looking for an experienced, trade-qualified painter to join our growing team.We're looking for someone with at least 10 years' painting experience who not only produces exceptional work themselves, but also has the confidence and experience to lead a team, manage jobs on-site and maintain a high standard of workmanship from start to finish.This is a senior role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and enjoys being part of a professional team focused on quality.About the RoleYou'll be working across a variety of residential and commercial painting projects throughout Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supervising painters and apprentices on-siteOrganising daily workloads and keeping projects running efficientlyEnsuring preparation and finishes meet our quality standardsCommunicating with management regarding job progress, materials and schedulingMaintaining a clean, safe and professional worksiteCompleting all aspects of interior and exterior paintingAssisting less experienced team members and providing guidance where requiredRepresenting High Luxury Painting professionally when dealing with clientsAbout YouTo be considered,
