high performing people who genuinely support one another.What you will be doingAs a Senior Accountant you will be a key player in the firm's next phase of growth, working across business services and tax, including:Leading and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsPreparing and reviewing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG across a range of companies and trustsWorking with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clientsDeveloping and managing client relationships, providing expert advice that adds long term valueLiaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clientsSupporting, coaching and helping train junior team membersContributing to a culture of continuous learning through seminars, team meetings and eventsWhat we are looking forMinimum 4 years experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.

You need to be someone the Partners can confidently leave to run their own client work.CA qualified, or well progressed toward completionBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarStrong across accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooksExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with clientsStrong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload and deadlinesProactive, self motivated and genuinely client focusedThe PackageCompetitive and commensurate with your experience.
