RWC Sutherland Shirelocated is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our commercial property management division.This leadership role is responsible for overseeing property operations, tenancy management, financial reporting, facilities management, compliance, and team performance across a commercial portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage tenant relationships, lease compliance, renewals and inspectionsPrepare landlord reports, budgets, reconciliations and oversee rent collectionCoordinate maintenance, contractors, fit‐outs and compliance requirementsEnsure WHS, AFSS and risk management obligations are metLead, mentor and develop the Property Management teamTravel between properties as required using own vehicleQualificationsStrong knowledge of Retail Leases Act, WHS and compliance requirementsHigh level financial and reporting skillsExperience with Cirrus8 or similar property systemsProven leadership and communication skillsMust have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicleIf you are a motivated commercial property qualified ready to lead a high performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
