We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients across a range of private and government clients.
This role combines consulting expertise, digital strategy, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery to help organisations optimize their digital capabilities, improve user experiences, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop digital strategies, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge solutions.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy and AdvisoryLead digital transformation and business improvement initiatives for clientsAssess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for innovation and optimizationDevelop digital road maps aligned with business objectives and customer needsProvide strategic advice on emerging technologies, digital platforms, and industry trendsClient Engagement and ConsultingBuild trusted advisor relationship with senior client stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning activitiesGather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable recommendationsPresent findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to executive audiencesSolution Design and DeliveryCollaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement digital solutionsLead digital projects from discovery through delivery and adoptionEnsure project outcomes meet quality, budget,



and timeline expectationsSupport change management and user adoption initiativesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand client engagements and generate new businessContribute to proposal development, presentations and tender responsesSupport account growth through proactive relationship development and managementLeadership and mentoringProvide guidance and mentorship to consultants and project team membersPromote best practices in digital consulting, project delivery, and stakeholder managementContribute to organisational capability development and thought leadershipKey Skills and Experience5+ years' experience in digital consulting, technology consulting business transformation, or related fieldsProven experience delivering digital transformation, customer experience, or technology-enabled business improvements projectsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groupsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of digital technologies, cloud platforms, CMS, data analytics and automation solutionsDemonstrated experience management projects in complex environmentsExperience with Microsoft technologies and or similar enterprise platformsExperience in hybrid agile waterfall delivery, change menage and relevant consulting frameworksExperience in government, healthcare education, financial services, or enterprise environmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, digital innovation, or related disciplineRelevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
