Holstep Health is seeking a Senior Registration Officer to support the Carer Gateway Intake and Registration function in Victoria.
You will lead Carer Response Officers, supervise rostering, and coordinate escalation handling to ensure timely, high-quality service for carers.You will spend part of your week handling direct registration support, contributing to policy development, and monitoring performance through routine reporting.
A robust background in care delivery and teams is essential.
