Assistant Store Manager – a leadership role focused on supporting daily operations, driving sales, and developing a customer‐focused team.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Creating a safe, positive, and well‐run store environment
n
Driving sales by promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets
n
Assisting customers with automotive parts and accessories advice
n
Coaching, inspiring and developing team members on the shop floor
n
Assisting with inventory, stock control and deliveries
n
Supporting the Store Manager in day‐to‐day operational leadership
n
Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
n
Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
n
Ability to coach and motivate a team
n
Experience with inventory, stock management and store operations
n
Experience in retail (essential) or automotive industry (advantageous but not essential)
n
A positive, hands‐on attitude and a willingness to keep learning and developing
n
