Working with a broad range of clients, particularly across government, justice, community services, and not-for-profit sectors, you will help organisations navigate complex change and achieve lasting business outcomes.This position offers exposure to a variety of transformation initiatives, from strategic planning and operating model redesign through to process optimisation and implementation.What You'll Be DoingContributing to strategic transformation programs and organisational change initiativesAssisting clients in reviewing and improving operating models, governance structures, and business processesDeveloping high-quality client deliverables including reports, business cases, presentations, and recommendationsFacilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and consultation sessionsManaging project activities, timelines,



and key deliverablesBuilding strong relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsorsIdentifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and service outcomesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project resultsSupporting business development activities, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiativesAbout YouExperience within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environmentExposure to strategy, transformation, organisational change, or process improvement programsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsThe ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience preparing professional reports, presentations, business cases, and client documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesA proactive approach with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience working with structured project delivery methodologies, including Agile or hybrid approachesKnowledge of operating model design, governance, business improvement, or organisational development frameworks will be highly regardedExcellent written and verbal communication skills
