Over the past two years, we've grown into a trusted local destination for premium sports nutrition, excellent customer service, and community connection.We are now seeking a highly motivated, people‐focused Store Manager to lead our Broome store.
This is a key role in our business, responsible for day‐to‐day operations, staff support, stock management, and sales growth.If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about health and wellbeing – this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a store that genuinely values your contribution.About the RoleAs Store Manager, you will run the store autonomously day‐to‐day, with the owners providing direction and operational oversight from Perth.
You will be responsible for:Customer Experience & Community EngagementDelivering exceptional customer service and product knowledgeBuilding genuine relationships with local customers, gyms, clubs, and community groupsSupporting a welcoming, qualified store workplaceOperational ManagementOverseeing daily store presentation and readinessManaging online orders and postageMonitoring stock levels, forecasting needs, and finalising ordersCompleting weekly banking, invoicing,



and administrative tasksMarketing & Sales GrowthPlanning weekly/fortnightly promotionsWorking with owners on social media directionIdentifying sales trends and driving in‐store initiativesStaff LeadershipEnsuring daily coverage for all operating hoursMonitoring sales trends and adjusting upcoming casual shifts when neededTraining, supervising, and supporting casual staffMaintaining a positive, community‐driven team cultureAbout YouConfident, friendly, and excellent with peopleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasksComfortable working autonomously without direct supervisionGenuinely interested in health, wellbeing and ongoing learning about supplements, nutrition and wellness productsExperienced in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadershipMotivated to grow the store and take pride in its presentation and successSupplement experience is not required – only the willingness to learn.Our CommitmentWe believe in goodwill, mutual respect, and supporting our staff.
