You'll provide expert guidance on employment relations matters while supporting our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.What You'll DoProvide practical advice on employment law, workplace policies, and industrial relations mattersSupport managers and employees through workplace investigations and conflict resolutionPartner with leaders across the business to navigate complex people challengesDevelop and deliver training programs on workplace relations topicsContribute to policy development and review processesAssist with enterprise agreement interpretation and complianceWhat We're Looking ForRelevant tertiary qualification in Law, Human Resources, or Industrial RelationsProven experience in employment relations, workplace investigations,
