We're expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our Business Development Team at our Warana office. This is your chance to drive revenue growth, build valuable relationships, and make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities
n

Identifying current business opportunities with outbound calls and face to face visits with local businesses
n
Conduct discovery calls showcasing the features and benefits of the products and deliver solutions to the client
n
Plan and manage your weekly visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing inquiries and maintain the company data base
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients across your territory
n
Consistently exceed client expectations through effective communication and support
n
n
Required Qualifications and Skills
n
n
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
n
Drive deals to closure for recent business,
retain and grow revenue from existing clients.
n
Agile and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
n
Knowledge of security alarm, access control and camera systems preferred but not essential.
n
Minimum of 1 years' experience in electronic security sales or service preferred.
n
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
n
Security Provider License (Security Adviser) under the Office of Fair Trading - Queensland -application would need to be made on start of employment of the successful applicant if not already held
n
Strong computer skills, preferably Microsoft office and Simpro
n
