Job DescriptionSenior Loan Recovery Officer/Loan Recovery Officer will be responsible for developing strategy to resolve NPL and LWO, developing tools for monitoring loan quality, and working with Recovery Team, BM, DBM, and CO to collect NPL.Reports toDeputy Manager, Loan RecoveryResponsibilityProvide legal consulting to BM, DBM, and CO.Develop strategy for bad loan collectionControl weekly portfolio quality in each branchPrepare complaints to authorities on overdue loan clientsIssue the reminding letter on payment overdue and summit to clientsFile suit to court and monitor the court proceeding.Cooperate with BM, DBM, and CO to manage loan quality and collect NPLProduce weekly and monthly collection report of NPL,
