Senior Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Corporate & Commercial.An excellentopportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join a busy Corporate & Commercial practice.Working closely with the Managing Partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will play an integral role in supporting a varied practice covering corporate, commercial and property matters.This position would suit an experienced legal support skilled who enjoys being hands-on, working autonomously and having genuine involvement across matters and client relationships.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, reviewing and coordinating complex property and commercial documentationAssisting with vendor statements, contracts of sale, shareholder agreements and other transactional agreementsLiaising directly with clients and responding to enquiriesManaging monthly billing, timesheet entries and disbursementsUndertaking legal and company research as requiredConducting ASIC, InfoTrack and property searchesApplying for rates and planning certificatesOpening,
