The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to level up the MYER Highpoint experience.
n
Permanent Full Time | 38 hours p/w| Tuesday - Saturday Roster
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
n
Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
n
Representing Bendon's vision - helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
n
Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
n
Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
n
Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
n
Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
n
