Team Leader - Patient Booking Coordinators

We're looking for ahigh-calibre Team Leaderto lead our Patient Booking Coordinators and work closely with ourHead of Sales & Serviceto drive exceptional sales, service and patient outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited to atop performerwho thrives on targets, loves leading people and knows how to turn performance data into results.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the Patient Booking Coordinators team while supporting the Head of Sales & Service with the day-to-day performance and growth of the department.
You will:
Lead and motivate ahigh-volume patient booking team.
Drive team performance againstKPIs, sales and conversion targets.
Coach team members to maximise performance and accountability.
Work closely with theHead of Sales & Serviceon strategy, performance and operational initiatives.
Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Oversee high-volume calls, emails, leads and patient enquiries.
Ensure exceptional patient experience and service standards.
Help improve booking, follow-up and conversion processes.
Champion CRM usage, technology and new systems.
Take ownership, solve problems and proactively drive improvements.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you have:




Proven experienceleading a large teamin a high-performance environment.
Dental industry experience – essential.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatments anditem codes.
Experience using adental CRMor patient management system.
Strong understanding ofKPIs, reporting, conversion and performance management.
Experience managing high volumes of calls and emails.
Excellent Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
A natural ability to learn recent technology and systems quickly.
Exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Aproactive, energetic and results-driven mindset.
