THE ORGANISATIONOur client is a leading global financial services organisation with a solid international presence and an established reputation within its sector.
The business is going through an exciting period of transformation and growth, making this a great opportunity to join at a pivotal time.THE ROLEReporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards and working within a small team, this is a broad and hands‐on role where you'll gain exposure across the full reward function.
You'll play a key role in supporting remuneration cycles, analytics, benchmarking, systems and continuous improvement, including:Lead remuneration analysis across pay positioning, pay equity, market competitiveness and cost modellingDevelop dashboards, reporting and insights to support remuneration and business decisionsSupport annual performance and remuneration review cycles, including analysis, presentations and stakeholder supportManage market benchmarking and salary survey submissions, including job architecture supportAdminister short- and long‐term incentive and equity plansSupport remuneration governance, regulatory reporting and complianceIdentify opportunities to automate and improve reward processes and systems, partnering with HRIS and data teamsBuild strong relationships across HR, Finance, Risk,



HRBPs and business leaders to translate data into actionable insightsTHE CANDIDATEWe're looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in remuneration, performance or compensation analytics, ideally within a global or matrixed financial services environment.
You'll have experience supporting reward cycles, benchmarking and data analysis, with strong Excel, HRIS and compensation systems capability.
Experience with Workday, HRSoft, Power BI and salary market data providers such as McLagan is highly regarded.
You'll be an analytical, detail-oriented and proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and the ability to simplify complex information.
