OverviewThe Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a ***** joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.
The proposed project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments including Albury Wodonga Military Area (AWMA), RAAF Base Wagga (RBW) and Blamey Barracks Kapooka (BBK).
The proposed capital investment of $1.7b will incorporate a variety of elements including construction of current messing and living in accommodation, construction of new training and mess facilities, refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings, and remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services.

In this role, you will effectively manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits and contribute to ensuring financial and operational commitments are met or exceeded.Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contractsManaging the financial administration for the projectManaging the site office administration for the projectAssisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report, including providing completed workings, programme and cost dataDeveloping and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframesAssist with any contractual issues on the projectAssist with identifying, evaluating,
