This includes:-fund accountingMonthly management accounting for funds.Prepare quarterly financial reporting pack/NAV.Prepare BAS.Annual statutory reporting and audit.Annual tax distribution calculations and income tax returns.Annual Fund Budget – preparation of fund expense budget for approval by Board.Monthly NPI and capex dashboard for internal mgmt purposes (by asset).

Monthly NPI and capex dashboard for internal mgmt purposes (by asset).
Business Activity Statements (GST) – consolidated group.
-new fund establishment and on-boardingThe PersonCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Experience in funds management, property, asset management, external audit or a related finance environment.Robust technical accounting, financial reporting and analytical skills, with a proactive and commercially minded approach.Exposure to fund accounting, real estate investments, debt compliance, treasury or transaction-related activities would be highly regarded.Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools (e.g. Xero and Sage Intacct) would be highly regarded.
