This role will support our Village Management team, based in our Buderim office in the Sunshine Coast 2-3 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home.




Occasional travel to our villages will be required.At Keyton, we are one team, and our Senior Finance Analyst will embody our values every day.
Reporting through to the Regional Finance Manager in QLD, your key accountabilities in this role will be to:Build and foster professional relationships with various stakeholders both internal and externalSupport the Village Manager in the preparation and presentation of budgets, audited financial statements, and annual management meetingSupporting the completion of Village Balance Sheet ReconciliationsSupporting the completion of GST calculations, reconciliations, and submissions in line with Keyton tax timetablePrepare and collate documentation to support annual audit requirementsPrepare Retirement Village's annual financial statementsPrepare Quarterly/Monthly reports for distribution to Village Manager and assist in presentation to Resident CommitteesProvide information and advice in a timely manner,



seeking advice and escalating any items of concern or risk to the village or the businessEnsure timely payment of outstanding balances to Keyton in line with cashflow ability of the villageEnsure villages are operating in accordance with the QLD retirement living act requirementsPrepare documentation of monthly processes and budget preparationSupport the team with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficienciesWho You AreThe successful candidate will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Accounting or Business/Commerce) and qualified or working towards your CA/CPA qualificationDemonstrable experience in financial reporting, planning & analytics, or a related fieldExperience in management and financial reportingStrong Excel skills, Power BI and other accounting software system (highly regarded)Has exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effortlessly influence a diverse range of stakeholders; Experience in presenting financial information to an audience from a non-financial backgroundAbility to work in an ever-changing environment working both autonomously and as part of a team and utilise a level of initiativeReady to Unlock your Future with Keyton?
