What You'll Be Responsible For:Lead distribution centre design and warehouse transformation projectsDevelop facility layouts, operating models and material flow solutionsAssess automation technologies including ASRS, AMRs, conveyors and sortationBuild capacity, labour and financial models to support client decisionsFacilitate workshops and translate operational challenges into practical solutionsDevelop business cases, investment evaluations and implementation roadmapsPresent recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive teamsManage project delivery to ensure scope, budget and quality objectives are metCollaborate across strategy, automation and implementation teamsSupport business development and grow existing client relationshipsWhat You Bring:Experience designing, optimising or delivering distribution centre solutionsStrong understanding of warehouse operations, automation and material handling systemsExperience developing business cases and supporting capital investment decisionsStrong analytical, modelling and problem-solving capabilityAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholdersProven project delivery and client management experienceExperience with AutoCAD,
