$133,348 - $146,945 a yearFull time, Casual/TemporaryHybridLocation – This role offers hybrid working arrangements with flexible office locations, as the team is across the state.Employment type – Temporary, Full-Time role for 10 monthsSalary – Clerk Grade 9/10, $133,348 - $146,945per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuationIndustry leading training with ongoing career development and supportYour roleIn this role, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of a complex statewide program that supports housing service outcomes across NSW.
Working closely with more than 30 client service teams and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you will provide project leadership, governance oversight, and strategic support to ensure program objectives are achieved.Operating in a dynamic and high-profile environment, you will analyse complex information, identify risks and emerging issues, provide evidence-based recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work collaboratively across Homes NSW to support consistent program delivery, manage competing priorities, and contribute to organisational objectives.This role suits someone who is an experienced project professional, enjoys working across diverse stakeholder groups, and can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.What you'll doManage the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a complex statewide program to support strategic and operational priorities.Lead project planning, reporting, governance and risk management activities to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.Prepare high-quality briefings,



reports and recommendations for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.Analyse operational and performance information to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.Build and maintain productive relationships with client service teams, partner agencies and sector stakeholders across NSW.Coordinate responses to emerging issues and support informed decision making through timely and accurate advice.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness, consistency and service outcomes.Support governance forums, reporting requirements and project evaluation activities.What we're looking forDemonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs within a large and diverse organisation.Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across multiple levels.Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing reports, briefings and recommendations for senior decision-makers.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to interpret complex information and identify practical solutions.Experience managing risk, governance and reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage competing priorities,
