We have established a culture that prioritises our people and fosters strong community connections.Please note: Costerfield Operations is a residential mine and relocation to the local area is essential for this role.RequirementsAbout The RoleReporting to the Geology Manager, the Senior Resource Geologist plays a key leadership role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant resource estimates while leading and developing the Resource Geology team.Based at Costerfield, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of resource models, ensuring high-quality geological data supports both operational and strategic decision‐making.
You will work closely with technical and operational teams to provide reliable resource information and drive best‐practice resource estimation processes.The key responsibilities of the role include:Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to the resource geology teamSet clear expectations, priorities,
