We are working with a high-growth, Australia-based renewable energy business seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join its in-house team in a senior legal capacity.This is a broad and visible role, supporting a dynamic business operating at the forefront of the energy transition, with exposure to complex projects, strategic decision-making and Board-level matters.The role will involve:Providing strategic legal and commercial advice across the business, including contracting strategy, risk allocation and project deliveryLeading negotiations with key suppliers and partners, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreementsManaging disputes and advising on dispute strategy and risk mitigationSupporting regulatory compliance and identifying emerging legal and operational risksActing as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including the executive team and BoardSupporting governance processes, including Board and committee preparation and reportingManaging external counsel and key stakeholder relationships,
