This is a hands-on contract role suited to an experienced delivery-focused analyst who can operate independently, translate complex business and technical requirements into clear outcomes, and make an immediate impact.You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, underwriting, operations, product, finance and PMO teams to define requirements, support solution design, and drive successful delivery.




The role requires strong domain expertise in life insurance and experience working on complex core system or policy administration initiatives.Skills & experienceProven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst delivering complex system initiatives or core platform buildsStrong life insurance domain knowledge, including policy administration systems and product lifecycle understandingDemonstrated ability to independently elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirementsExperience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria suitable for direct developmentStrong understanding of SDLC and agile delivery methodologiesAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical teams to support solution design and deliveryExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approachAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsExperience working within lean or small-to-medium sized organisationsPreferred:Experience with legacy system replacement or core platform transformation programsHands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and Miro within Agile delivery environmentsExposure to AI tools that support analysis, prototyping or requirements developmentHow to applyClick APPLY for a confidential discussion.
