The successful Senior Automated Test Engineer will be responsible for driving quality outcomes across large-scale projects through the design, development and execution of automated and manual testing solutions.
You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.The successful Senior Automated Test Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:Conducting functional, automated and manual test planning, preparation and executionDeveloping and maintaining automated test frameworks and test cases using modern testing toolsPerforming REST API testing,



defect management and test data creationCollaborating with project teams to provide early quality assurance and testing adviceMentoring team members and producing detailed technical testing documentationThe successful Senior Automated Test Engineer will have:Robust hands-on experience with Typescript, Selenium and automated testing practicesExperience with Playwright, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.js frameworksProven experience with Git version control and code review processesStrong REST API testing experience, including test design and executionExperience using Xray, XPath and Regular Expressions within test environmentsThis is a great opportunity to work with a leading Federal Government Agency and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
