Reporting directly to the General Counsel you will join a collegiate legal team, working closely with stakeholders and providing general commercial advice across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating general commercial contractsProviding expert advice on consumer protection and privacy lawProviding advice on franchising obligationsKeeping the business up to date on regulatory issues and complianceLiaising closely with the business and external counsel.About YouIdeally 5-8 years PQE gained from a reputable firm or leading in-house organisationStrong contract drafting and contract review skill set as well as commercial acumenExcellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with all levels of stakeholdersPrevious experience in FMCG and/or retail (highly regarded)A proactive, self driven approach.The role offers varied and engaging work, with close collaboration across the business.
