This is a pivotal role within our team.A background in carpentry or the building trade to supervise and deliver commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction projects is a must.
This role is integral to our continued national growth and will suit someone who is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in customer relationship management and/or business development will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Goals: Supervise and lead commercial construction and fitout projects from concept to completion.
Communicate and maintain project schedules, scopes, and methodologies.
Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.Leadership: Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve efficient project outcomes.Technical Skills: Prepare, monitor, and communicate all avenues of supervision, review drawings, technical details,



and construction methodologiesInnovation: Analyse complex challenges and develop innovative solutions to achieve project goals within the project teams.Risk & Compliance: Uphold WHS practices and risk management strategies is a must.Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders through clear, consistent communication.
