SPL Security Solutions is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team in Bundall, Queensland.
This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead financial operations and drive financial excellence within our organisation.
As Senior Finance Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in managing our financial functions, ensuring compliance, optimising processes, and providing critical financial insights to support business decision-making.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the financial direction of SPL Security Solutions and contributing to our continued success and growth.Key responsibilitiesOversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reportingPrepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders in a timely mannerDevelop and monitor budgets, working with department heads to ensure financial discipline and cost control across the organisationManage cash flow, working capital and financial planning to optimise liquidity and support business objectivesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and financial governance requirementsLead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellenceImplement and maintain robust financial controls, systems and processes to safeguard company assetsConduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business planning and decision-makingLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and audit readinessIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance functionWhat we're looking for5+ years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a mid-sized organisation or larger corporate environmentStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management practices and Australian accounting standards (AASB/IFRS)Proven experience in financial planning,
