The team is small by design, close-knit, and holds itself to a high standard.We're looking for a Senior Boilermaker/Fabricator to step into a key role in our workshop – someone experienced enough to lead by example, set the standard for quality, and bring others up with them as we grow.
For the right person, there's a clear pathway into a Foreman role.What You'll DoFabricate and finish high-end architectural components in aluminium and stainless steel to exacting standardsExecute precision TIG welds – clean, consistent, and something you'd put your name onRead and interpret shop drawings accurately and contribute meaningfully to the fabrication workflowLead by example on quality and finish,



and help junior fabricators raise their gameWork closely with the business on scheduling, priorities, and workflow as we scaleMentor and support junior fabricators as part of your day-to-dayWhat You BringCertificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker or equivalent)Extensive experience in aluminium and stainless steel fabricationAdvanced TIG welding ability in both materials, with a finish to matchConfidence reading and working from technical drawingsThe kind of attention to detail that means you catch problems before they happenAn eye for quality and a natural tendency to help others get there tooA positive, professional attitude and the maturity to take on more responsibility over timeYou notice where things could work better – and you take ownership to fix itWhy K&F;?
