With an excellent project pipeline and robust culture, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with data centre construction delivery experience.Key ResponsibilitiesScope developmentManaging regulatory approvalsDesign coordinationStakeholder management and liaisonWorking in a "live" environment where some buildings may remain open during constructionHealth and safety programme managementContract administrationConstruction management of project deliveryManagement of site variations and design changesCost managementQualifications & RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related fieldMinimum of 7–15+ years' experience in a client‐side PM role, with head contractor experience also consideredProven end‐to‐end project management skills from concept through to completionContract administration experienceExposure to programme management, managing timelines and critical pathsExperience on a variety of building projects; commercial fit‐out experience is an advantageExperience running multiple smaller projects
