sound judgement and a practical approach to solution delivery.The successful candidate is expected to have the following:Demonstrable experience working in Salesforce development roles in complex environments, including the delivery of scalable and well‐designed platform solutions.Strong capability in translating business requirements into technical outcomes and working effectively within enterprise architecture settings will be essential.Demonstrated experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments, with strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.Experience contributing to DevOps practices, solution delivery and technical uplift will be highly regarded.Additionally, a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams will be important in this role.QualificationsMandatory certifications include:Salesforce Certified Platform App BuilderA Salesforce Certified Architect certification is desirableEquivalent relevant professional experience in senior Salesforce development roles may also be considered where appropriate.Further InformationFor further information or a confidential discussion,
