Shared success"About UsGR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.The OpportunityWe are on the lookout for experienced Senior Mechancial Designers to join our Brisbane CBD Office , reporting to the Drawing Office Manager.Based out of our Brisbane office you would work on various projects across a variety of commodities ( gold ,copper, iron ore etc) with regular site visits depending on project requirementsA Typical Day Will Consist OfProduce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, GRES Standards and industry best practicesBe able to transmit clear and concise information through drawings to engineersManage workload to ensure tasks are completed in an orderly manner,



within times required for various projectsMaintain high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation produced for activities under their controlExperience in the preparation and review of design documents to schedulesAbout YouExtensive experience with discpine specific drafting packages such as Solid Edge or experience with other relevant parametric design softwareDemonstrated problem solving skills in a design contextExcellent time management, organisational and communication skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering Design Drafting10+years experience in mineral processing and bulk materials handling projectsProficient in 3D modelling and 2D drawing productionExperience in wet and dry mineral processing designNote : All applicants must have full and unrestricted Australian working rights and be currently residing in Brisbane, QLD to be considered , any applicant who doesnt meet these requirements will be automatically unsuccessfulWhat's On OfferWe value you and understand that life happens outside of work.
