What You'll Be Doing:Business Analysis & ConsultingEvaluate client practices and recommend improvementsConduct business process reviews and produce explicit requirement specsProactively triage and/or support post-implementation project casesTraining & EnablementDeliver engaging training sessions (group and 1:1)



for clients and staffDesign and develop reusable training programs and digital contentContinuously improve course materials based on feedbackProject CoordinationManage client tasks via JIRA and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain client communicationPresales & Strategic SupportAssist with product demonstrations and internal projectsMentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planningQualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in business, finance, or IT4+ years' experience with Australian Retail Core Banking systemsStrong background in Retail Banking or Credit Union or Financial Institution environmentsExperience with UniVerse/PICK environments (highly desirable)Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelCertificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (preferred)Why Join Us?
