In this full time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesManage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing rental applications, and liaising with tenants and landlordsOversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, arranging repairs and addressing any issues that ariseEnsure all rental and property management activities adhere to relevant laws and regulationsProvide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist with the leasing of vacant properties, including marketing, tenant selection, and lease negotiationsMaintain accurate records and documentation, and prepare regular reports for the businessWhat we're looking forMinimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management,



with a proven track record of successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressureThorough knowledge of the residential rental market, relevant legislation, and best practices in property managementProficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools experience an advantage.A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional serviceOwn vehicleWhat Is On OfferIn these roles, you will enjoy a competitive salary package of $110,000+ Super as well as opportunities for career development and ongoing training.
