Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – Structural RemedialFreyssinet Australia | Melbourne, Victoria (In office)Victoria | Structural Remedial | Growing DivisionOur Victorian remedial business is expanding and we need experienced engineers and project managers ready to take ownership of complex structural works, concrete repair, steel strengthening, and civil and building asset maintenance.About The RoleSenior Project EngineerYou'll take full technical ownership of structural remedial projects on site — reading and interrogating engineering designs, resolving technical issues in real time, managing subcontractors, and driving program and quality from the ground up.
You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.Project ManagerYou'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team.
You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.What You'll Be DoingDelivering structural remedial works across VIC — concrete repair, steel strengthening, building and infrastructure assetsManaging program, cost control, subcontractor performance,



and quality outcomesEngaging clients and consultants with technical credibilityIdentifying and managing risk before it becomes a problemDriving a zero-harm safety cultureAccurate reporting, forecasting, and variation managementWhat You'll BringSenior Project EngineerDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering5+ years in construction, with on-site delivery experience in civil, remedial, or structural worksStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsOrganised, technically sharp, and ready to step up commerciallyProject ManagerDegree in Engineering or Construction Management8+ years in construction, with proven PM or senior site leadership experienceTrack record delivering projects $5M–$10M+Commercially astute contracts, claims, cost managementStrong communicator at all levels client, consultant, and siteWhy Freyssinet?
