Senior EcologistWe are seeking a Senior Ecologist, ideally specialising in botany to join our Ecology team, working out of our thriving Brisbane or Sydney offices.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully managing projects that are within budget and delivered on timeRepresenting clients and facilitating external meetingsIdentifying when team members needs support and providing them with the tools for successConducting flora and fauna surveys on complex projectsDelivering well written reportsMentoring junior team membersQualifications5+ years relevant consulting experience in planning and delivering ecological studies for the resources and infrastructure sectors of Queensland and/or Recent South WalesTertiary qualification from a recognised institute in Ecology/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Management or similar disciplinesStrong knowledge and experience conducting flora and fauna surveysExperience with GIS desktop software such as ESRI, ArcGIS or QGIS and data collection packages ArcGIS Fieldmap and Survey123We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
