Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Project Accountant to join a well-established and growing facilities organisation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will play a crucial part in supporting a project-based business unit by delivering financial insights, commercial support, and accurate project reporting.
Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will provide financial oversight across a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to process improvements and business performance initiatives.Your new roleMaintain and update Work in Progress (WIP) reporting across a portfolio of projectsPrepare monthly client invoicing, revenue recognition schedules, accruals, and supporting documentationSupport Percentage of Completion (PoC) calculations and project revenue reportingPrepare reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the general ledgerAssist with month-end close activities, including financial reporting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoringSupport internal and external audit requirements through the preparation of accurate financial informationPartner with Project Managers to provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, cost management,
