You will own the Corporate Office talent acquisition strategy and employer value proposition end to end, from market positioning through to the KPIs that prove it is working.A genuine commercial pipeline.
You will lead recruitment for the Wesfarmers Business Development team, one of the Group's key commercial talent pipelines, giving you visibility of the capability agenda at the heart of Wesfarmers' growth.Strengthen existing foundations.
