This role offers true ownership of growth and retention campaigns targeting employer plan members, working closely with customer and distribution teams to shape strategy and drive results in a agile, fast paced environment.Key AccountabilitiesTaking full ownership of campaign strategy and execution across growth and retention initiativesPartnering with the Head of Marketing to design campaigns that align with broader business objectivesWorking alongside the distribution team to optimise campaigns for maximum reach and impactBuilding and managing multi channel campaign calendars from concept through to deliveryCrafting engaging campaign content,
