This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Partners, manage your own client portfolio and further develop your technical and advisory skills in a supportive professional environment.The OpportunityReporting to the Partners, you will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering high‐quality accounting, taxation and business advisory services.This position is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, takes pride in producing quality work and is looking to progress their career within public practice.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of business clients across a range of industriesPreparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returnsProviding taxation and business advisory servicesAssisting clients with business structures and tax planningAdvising on companies, trusts, partnerships and individual taxation mattersPreparing management reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts where requiredLiaising with clients,



the ATO and other professional advisersReviewing work completed by junior team membersAssisting with mentoring and developing junior staffManaging client deadlines and workflow efficientlyBuilding and maintaining strong professional client relationshipsAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will ideally have:At least 3 years' Australian public practice experienceCPA or CA qualified, or currently completing your qualificationStrong knowledge of Australian taxation and business servicesExperience preparing financial statements and income tax returnsSound knowledge of companies, trusts, partnerships and individual taxationStrong communication and client relationship skillsGood organisational and time management skillsExperience using cloud accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or similarA qualified, proactive and team‐oriented approachWhy Join Us?
